Question on SAR
| Hi All, I am setting up Linux SAR to record performance stats on my linux box. I want to retain the data for 1 month.I changed the variable history to 31 days in /etc/sysconfig/sysstat and also on /usr/lib64/sa/sa2. My question: 1. Since I set this only on october 30 and my SAR datafiles begin from october 17( previous datafiles were already removed) - will 31st day be only on november 17 or is it per calendar month like oct 1 - oct 31?
