Sending an email from example()com to me(at)example()com

Hey! Problem is that I'm trying to send an email from server which dns-name is e.g. example dot com and sending it to me(at)example(dot)com, which is separate mail server, but the server tries logically to send it to itself, but can't find the user and so on and so on. How do I need to change the mail settings to make it possible to send emails to the correct location? Thanks for your advice! R, Mika
