Dual boot issue on EFI/GPT

Dual boot issue on EFI/GPT

(I did a search on this forum and since it did not yield a satisfactory result, I am posting this)
Hi everyone!,
I have got a new Lenovo B570 with Intel core-i3-2330M (64 bit Sandy Bridge). The system has Intel HD 3000 graphics, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500 GB HDD. I installed Windows 7 (Pro 64 bit) on a 110GB partition for work requirements and reserved another 100GB for windows data (the remaining is for Linux). While installing, as Win7 requires, it was installed on the HDD working as GPT HDD. The BIOS/EFI control menu has HDD on the "compatible" mode and not "AHCI" mode, as Win7 crashed on the latter.
Now, I installed Fedora 16 beta on the remaining HDD space to try it out before a full installation. The problem is that on reboot, GRUB isn't loaded at all. What is the option I missed? And how do I set up GRUB for dual boot in this system? I really don't wish to reinstall windows as many softwares are already installed in it and there will be many licence-key issues if I were to reinstall it.
If it helps: While installing Fedora, I got a warning saying something like "You are installing Fedora on a GPT disk ...(something)... This may not work".
I would appreciate any help.
Cheers,
Mahesh
