How to disable the Grub Update
| Hi Friends After Every time Grub-boot loader gets updated i will see a new line - {Ubuntu, with Linux 2.6.32-36-generic} in the boot loader screen. i already have a dozen of these lines {Ubuntu, with Linux 2.6.32-28-generic}. I do not want to have this to be updated every-time i give for updates, Because every time i enter the new grub loader, ubuntu logo screen gets messed-up, or the screen gets stuck-up, login screen doesn't appear, sound card makes white noise etc.. How to disable this updates. Other updates are fine. Thanks |
